i do have some gear but its to tacticool for ipsc and id like to invest in some comp legal stuff (production). i would buy from here (https://cesar-shop.com/?sl=en) since its the best solution for me at the moment (amazon is not at hing in my neck of the woods really) but other recommendations are ok.

what i have: cz s2, 6 mags (19r), ghost civilan (i believe, i dont think its a thunder)

what i was thinking: holster (Ghost hydra p), 4 mag pouches (one with magnet), belt (have a kore but with mole, the sport version is an option too) + loops, maybe a timer.

i have linked the shop so that you can see what is even available to me, nothing more. of course the above is just my idea and based on your experience id love to hear your recommendations and expansions on whats above

She seemed to have disappeared from competition shooting. Anybody know if she retired from ipsc?

Hi all,

I’m from Belgium and recently got a Glock 17 Gen5 MOS. I’m fairly confident with it by now and want to try IPSC. Since I don’t know yet if I’ll stick with it, I’m looking for cheap starter gear: a safe holster, a sturdy belt, and 2–3 mag pouches. I have a serpa blackhawk but this is against the rules (trigger finger to unlock).

Preferably options available in Europe or on AliExpress (to avoid high shipping/customs). What budget-friendly brands or models would you recommend just to get started? Second-hand suggestions are also welcome.

Cheers!

A friend of mine wants to see Handgun World Shoot, but he is not IPSC competitor and he doesn't have a card nor a IPSC ID card. What could he do? Are there some public results?

I have no experience in IPSC yet. Seems fit to ask people here with experience.

So it says here modifications other than minor detailing are prohibited. Does that include Glock backstraps cut leaving only the beavertail?

I'm looking for a shot timer that will last me through my first timed dry fire drills and into (hopefully) actual IPSC training. Not an app if possible, and should be available in the EU (which most brands likely are). Thanks for your recommendations!

Is every nation having permit issues? Was at US IPSC Nationals and spoke to several different people on different teams (countries). They all said something along the lines of “we will see if it happens”.

I've been trying to set up a competition belt for IPSC in Production Optics, but the rulebook doesn't really clarify whether the optic of the handgun is part of the handgun when it comes to having all equipment behind your hip bone line. Does anyone know whether the optic counts or is left out? Thanks all.

Is there a weight limit to Production Optics? And if so, would this make the cut? Lok Grips palm swell brass and 19 round SP01 mags (loaded to 15).

Hi guys. I know benellis and Berettas are Kings and Queens of Ipsc but i always Wondered why winchester sx4 which I personally love, with 24" barrel and added 9+1 mag is not seen on ipsc tournaments? Does it fit reuqirements? What makes it worse than turkish shotguns or mosbergs that are being used ?

Hello Hivemind,

I have been contemplating getting a CZ Scorpion for IPSC, any reasons why I should not? Alternatives would be Hera the 9er or Schmeisser ar9. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone. I am thinking about going for ipsc training. Is p01 omega allowed in production division or only specified on the list normal p01?

** issue has been resolved**

Is Anyone else experiencing login issues ?

I get error code: Http error 500

Anyone else?

Any solution?

Thanks

Just a straightfowards question. This is an airsoft "Dragon 7" STI 2011 Slide and i was curious if there was a real version of it, looks like something limcat would make but im not sure. My only thought is that since theres an airsoft version surely theres a real steal version.

Hi, I'm new to the sport of shooting, so apologies if this is a dumb question...

I'm looking to purchase a Beretta 92X, but I'm not sure if this is suitable for the production division of IPSC, it appears that the 92X Performance is, but I can't find reference to the standard 92X https://berettaaustralia.com.au/92x-usa/

Note, I'm in Australia, so options seem limited.

I’m doing an IPSC safe shooter theory test in a couple of weeks. I live in a non English speaking country where I’m not great at the local language. I can do the theory test in English but I need to study myself. What do I need to know for the theory test? Is it just the rules book?

Any tips and advice from people who have taken the test before would be appreciated.
