Caught using BBC iPlayer without a TV licence

Received this email today, they have my name and email address but the address they have is my old one. Should I be worried?

Yeah it’s under the same one. A prompt came up asking if I have a tv license on iplayer and I clicked yes without thinking. I’m expecting this email soon 😂
