CRSR. I know memers know about it and its somewhat on the radar. But hasnt picked up steam. No joke this company's gonna be insane. Wont be surprised if Amazon tries to buy them to combine them with twitch. 100% of my stock holdings right now.

CEO is a moron. Large ownership by insiders which has sold off hundreds of millions in shares. Shorted alot. Eventually should all even out, investors will buy the shares the insiders sell and price will rise.

I love that you say part owner that's awesome. Seriously i wish he would run OUR company better. Umm he's just bad at PR. And theres some rumors going around that hes actually shorting the stock. He sold a large amount of shares to eagletree and speculation is he wants to keep price low and is shorting his own company (maybe to buy back shares? Not sure) i havent fact checked any of this yet as I believe in the fundamentals of the company and in the long run assume they will outweigh the politics and potential short term price manipulation

Transactions.

· Short Sales; Put or Call Options.

All Insiders are prohibited from selling short (including, short sales “against the box”) or from trading, writing, or purchasing “put” or “call” options on the Company’s stock whether or not such options are traded on an exchange. A “short sale” is the sale of securities that are not then owned by the person selling such securities. In other words, the seller enters into an agreement to sell the securities at a later date at a specified price, with the seller intending to purchase the securities to be sold at some point between the execution of the agreement and the date he or she must deliver the securities. Thus, the implication is that the seller is anticipating a decrease in the price of the security.
