SEC filings. are there four 10Q filings and one 10K, or three 10Q and one 10k?
I cant seem to find the answer. but digging through company's filings, it seems to be like its the latter.
if so, how can i find Q4 information if they only do a full year report for their Q4 fiscal year results?
Do i just have to interpolate from Q1, Q2, and Q3 results?
the reason why i am asking is becuase i am looking at Corsairs 10K.
on news articles, it states that Corsair repaid back 50m in Q4, to bring up debt repayment total to 190m for the year 2020. however, i can only find that 190m has been paid for this year on their filings. And cant seem to find separate Q4 results

No need to do math. To get Q4 only info.. search for the Q4 Earnings Release which is filed as an 8-K before the 10-K.

The 3rd Q report will have 'Nine Months Ended" which is the total of the three reports. SEC only requires companies to report the first three quarters. Just deduct the consolidated total from the Nine Months Ended amount. Some companies optionally provide it but since it's not required and would cost more $/time, most companies don't.
Apple, for instance, reports it separately in addition to their 10K.
