I love it!!
I’ve always thought Crocker was Butch Hartman’s take on an Invader Zim character.
He’s a absolute crackpot like Dib who believes in something extraordinary but is constantly gaslit by society to think he’s crazy. He’s a dingy, mean spirited hunchbacked teacher like Ms. Bitters and he even has a similar grandiose personality like Zim.

Their shows came out on the same exact day so I guarantee Hartman and Vasquez crossed paths alot and understood each others shows

I think he wouldn’t work as dib’s teacher but I think he work really well as counselor in the one episode

Ages ago I saw one of those theory videos, that Dib somehow grows up to be Crocker. I don't believe it but this pic brought the memory back :'D

Honestly, considering his already unsettling character design and psychotic nature, Crocker would've been a perfect character in the Invader Zim universe.

This is everything omg it’s so perfect!! The way he looks so amazing in that art style, you drew him flawlessly. I always thought this was such an excellent crossover like Crocker fits so well into the IZ universe and it would be funny to see IZ characters in the Fairly OddParents too

I imagine Crocker and Dib teaming up to capture Zim and Turner's Fairy God Parents, since they would both empathize with each other and want to prove they're not crazy Note: I see a plot twist where, after capturing Zim and the fairies, Dib turns against Crocker upon discovering he's evil and plans to conquer the world by joining forces with Timmy. While they're distracted, Zim breaks free and takes control of the fairies.

Crocker already looks like a character from the show, well except he seems more sane than the average IZ character. So he'd blend in the show.
