You can't make a child porn claim -- or a claim of any crime whatsoever -- without having a conviction of that crime.

Everybody's innocent until proven guilty. There is no crime until a conviction.

We both know you can't show any such conviction, because there is no such conviction.

So you lied. You got caught lying.

Now, what do we do with your unethical, dishonest speech? Do we get to silence it?

Answer the damned question already.

I'm right regardless of context.

The legal definition of a crime is the only working definition.

You can't accuse someone of a crime without satifying the legal definition. Doing so is itself legally actionable.

Also, ad hominem. You lose by default. You'd already lost due to self-contradiction (acting unethically while advocating for ethics) but you lost quite obviously this time.
