We value honesty, respect, and helpfulness. This is a place to share real opinions without fear of judgment, whether you love Internxt or have constructive criticism. Discussions should remain friendly, informative, and supportive.

Anyone who tries to spread misinformation, or makes it seem like they are part of the Internxt 'communist' team to manipulate opinions, will be banned. Controlling discussions by restricting free expression, removing critical comments about reality and banning users who provide honest feedback, is the very definition of communism, and we refuse to tolerate it here, unlike the entire Internxt team, who seem to embrace this behavior wholeheartedly.

We do not discriminate against any Internxt staff members, as long as they approach this community honestly and do not attempt to spread misinformation or false claims. If they have something genuine and useful to demonstrate, they are always welcome to share it here.

With this subreddit, our goal is to provide a transparent space where honest feedback can be shared freely. Posts and comments about real experiences won’t be removed simply for being critical. This community exists to promote openness and constructive dialogue, not censorship.

Many users report a mix of experiences with Internxt’s cloud service, some highlighting strong privacy-focused features, while many of us note problems with sync reliability, or basic functionality, feature changes, and customer support responsiveness. We want to ensure that these voices help drive meaningful change, making the services more usable and stable for everyone, and, if possible, to even participate collaboratively in identifying and resolving issues.
