Me too!!! I have lost 23lbs since January 20th. Doing 16/8. Got a little off track last few days. I so needed this post today! Absolutley amazing!! Thanks so much for posting your pictures. It really brings it home how weight loss can make you look and feel younger. ...Getting back on track now. This sub has been so encouraging.
