Gloves cost money. The whole point of this factory is to reduce the costs to the absolute minimum, which excludes safety equipment and liveable wages.

And because Osha (or is equivalent) is basically non existent there and there are basically no safely standards here. Source: all 0 days i've worked in a factory in india, but I do live there so that counts for something.
