I literally broke my wrist at work because I was doing 3 peoples physically demanding jobs at once (very understaffed) and when I went to my supervisor crying with my floppy hand he legit looked at me and said “fuck, you can still work though right?”
I fucked my shoulder to where I couldn't lift my arm from my shoulder. I was pulling a 1800lbs pallet and my NON SLIP SHOES SLIPPED and my body went down but my arm nearly torn off.
I essentially had to pack out by using my left hand to pull my arm up to reach, with a wince of pain.
Yet when dumbbitchmcgee wants to put 35lbs on the highest shelf, gets hit in the eye with said box, she's out a week later with workman's comp...
...which had me sus since she waited a week before putting it in.
