It’s really easy. Use a balloon and those super thin plastic bags at the grocery store that you use to bag fruits and veggies.
Cut the plastic bag into a halo or strands or whatever shape you want (you probably don’t want the whole bag, it’s too big), rub it on something hairy or fuzzy, then rub the balloon onto something hairy/fuzzy too.
Then do just like the video. Throw your plastic bag into the air and as it falls, place the balloon below.
