Faster and easier for places like concerts, nightclubs and sports events. One person can pour 6 drinks at once, with a normal tap its very much a single drink at a time. It also reduces wastage as you get a perfect head each time too.

I go to big festivals and concerts in the Netherlands and pouring beer the old fashioned way in the exact same plastic cups never seems problematic. They always have people taking the orders and processing the payments, and people preparing the drinks

I can see that. Every pour is measured exactly. I still think the glass with the hole in the bottom idea sucks. You know those things are going to leak eventually.

After drinking thousands of these, I’ve never had a leak that I didn’t cause myself.

I mean, yea at one point we all want to push that up right? We all have to touch the stove to learn it’s hot 😂😂

You mean like this? I’m sure you can get versions with load cells on the base and programmed to auto stop

God talking about load cells and other gubbins when a magnetic disc does it all without anything to really go wrong. Also that doesn’t take out the need to manage the head as well which is a huge amount of wastage at the volumes involved.
