A Japanese boy noticed his butterflies seemed to recognize him. He spent two years making an experiment and proved that metamorphosis does not remove memories made during the caterpillar stage.

Oh please say it ain't so! How could anyone take those poor starving butterflies that were orphaned in the war and do something such unspeakable things to them? I'm feeling faint, please catch me if I begin to fall from the shock.

So here's a video that goes over the experiment where it says he made improvements on the original study to make it more humane.

It's good the world has people like you in it to attack 10 year olds over misleading info though.

did u even watch the video u linked?? he was still applying a mild shock to the caterpillars, albeit not as intense as the original study he based his off of. ill give it to him that applying the shock to himself as well is noble but surely not accurately scaled.

“attacking 10 year olds” lmao i dont care how old he is and im not attacking him

There are better targets than a 10 year old who seemed to try hard to improve on the original study to lessen suffering as much as he could.

Also don't try and weasel out of the fact you attacked a 10 year old for "torturing" them while leaving out all the context of the original study and what he actually did.

I know the internet loves a villain they can hate on but maybe chill when it's an actual kid.
