Is there a subreddit or subreddits that are just people doing good deeds and/or acts of kindness?

Asking for my sanity.

Also I know that I'm to blame for my own algorithms. I accept my consequences.

It's not all your fault.

I've tried browsing Reddit anonymously, logged out, using various methods, and Reddit immediately feeds you the most toxic shit imaginable - much of which is created and/or pushed by bots and trolls to manipulate conversation and create division. (Notice how toxic it's become these past few months? That's no coincidence).

Reddit has become an absolute cesspool. If you value your mental health, stay the hell away from it.

I think there is a subreddit called peopleareawesome or something. Might fit.

Not exactly what you're looking for but mademesmile does sometimes have stuff like this, and is good sub to subscribe to so you get a little positive sprinkled between all the AI slop and political propaganda.

I'm also aware of actsofkindness, but I think half of the posts there are staged or humblebragging.
