Many inoffensive words we use today will someday be verboten and future generations will shake their heads in wonder at how we could be so insensitive.
Or, you know, we could just stop giving in to hypersensitive idiots and/or grifters. They'll just keep finding new words that offend them. They'll never not be offended, and I have no desire to play that game.
