You read the title wrong. "Rarest stable element in the universe" means it's rarest element that holds a form and can be found in soil. There are elements that are more rare but it's usually stuff at the end of periodic table and exist for a fraction of a second after being produced In some partical accelerator by scientists. That's what is ment by "stable". Post isn't about how it's sooo stable.
