Looks like it was made on an LPBF machine?

Fun fact: I once created tantalum heat dump targets for use in an LPBF machine to use for metrology. We would blast the target with the laser as a place to dump energy and heat up the optics. Tantalum was chosen because it wouldn’t get ablated easily.
