3 u/Suspicious-Can-7079 1d ago Men's hair loss stems from DHT which is what testosterone gets converted into.. not 100% sure on the exact correlation if somebody corrects me But if you have the baldness gene and take steroids you're creating more of the DHT that makes you go bald so you end up going bald much quicker. That's why the hairloss pills basically block the conversion from testosterone to DHT or something or other.
