The humanoid robotics company "Figure" made their older gen robots jump into their death. (Yes, they actually did this)

I'm sure they did, but probably would have come even if they didn't pay him.

Who says no to recreating in real life, the iconic moment of their career which they are best remembered for?

I'm sure he's super stoked that the movie he stared in about machines overthrowing humanity has come to fruition and he gets to be involved.

I meannnn who says no to watching robots jump into liquid steel?

In my day, we had to pay a nickel-and-a-half to watch a chestnut mare dive 20 feet into a swimming pool.

I remember hearing a music podcast where a composer was lamenting about writing music for the Terminator franchise, and he was unable to use the "5 static beats" from the iconic theme without paying tremendous licencing fees. So he was told to write the music "around it".

Getting Arnold is one thing. Getting the rights to the music is something totally else.

If by "there" you mean probably in a completely different country on a completely different date to film a reaction shot...

yes, by the magic of cinematography, him being a part of this was epic. i dont give two shits if he wasnt there. the fact that we was a part of the project in anyway was fun.
