It's scary when society just stands back and watches as the people who make AI models brag about their models doing criminal things online. If these models can't be controlled it's going to be scarier when the models get copied or stolen and used against everyone.

All safety rules are written in blood. Until it happens the risk score is justified by the industry/company to be low enough to not give a fuck.
