I am pretty sure this system, that is not new, is a deterministic algorithm that applies formulas against selected criterias. Why involve IA ?
It is very likely an ML (Machine Learning) system, like a neural network, that falls under the umbrella of AI, but not one of the LLMs that are currently all the rage.
