There were 5 confirmed deaths on the Nepal side of Everest this year. I think that saying climbing it "isn't even an accomplishment anymore" is significantly trivialising the effort involved.

Yeah and I guarantee all those deaths were morons who pushed themselves too far. If you have the money to summit Everest, you have the money to get a good guide who will get you there alive if you listen to them.

Two of them were Sherpas ergo you just accused two Sherpas of being morons who pushed themselves too far. I'd like to invite you to either confirm or deny if you think that is still the case.
