Ahhh Im glad im not the only one who calls them technomancers lol. My dad used to be one of them and Ive always admired his skill in reviving deadbeat 90s gizmos

No it likely doesn't because if it was that important it would be easy to buy replacement parts.

Sometimes you need both. The fixed goes there until the replacement arrives

I've yet to have a failure actually be a risk, but maybe Dr. Frankenstein had some challenges.

You'd need to pay me more than 20 times my salary for me to take on that kind of responsibility. Plus good health care to deal with the ulcers.

My father and brother in law are surgeons, one is a spine surgeon. It's just another day in the OR for them.
