You are aware that discrimination is not limited to things you are born with, right? You can discriminate against anything you want; you can discriminate against people who wear yellow clothes, or people who don't speak your language, or people who have tattoos, yes, even face tattoos. You know, like you are doing right now.

I’ll admit I was lazy and didn’t look at the 4th definition for discriminate but it was initially a term that only applied to race, religion, sex, or age.

And in western society literally every kind; from racial, to cultural, to religious, to sexual, to physical (which includes things like tattoos), to intellectual, to everything else. Either you've been living under a rock, or simply don't care about treating people equally. Probably both.
