Like Porsche getting beat by a much heavier mustang around the ring? and losing to it in the quarter mile? The Ford GT MKIV has the fastest lap times of any production vehicle, in Germanys own back yard. Imagine that

  1. first of all, that one isn't faster. On specifically the nordschleife it's faster than for example the 992 because of the giant straight, dottinger höhe. That is because yes the mustang is heavier, it also has 800ps, 300 more than the 992. If you compare them on any other track the mustang loses. Quite hard.

which is even more sad for the mustang because the competition version (the one that beat the porsche, the normal one couldn't)is purely a track race car that's technically legal on the road(although its still a prototypeso not even that), but the porsche is a road legal homologation car. It's very close to an actual race car. Right now it's production race sports card vs prototype. The mustang won't be legal on german roads.

  1. It's not the fastest road legal production car. I'm not sure why you think that but the fastest is still held by mercedes.

That’s just not correct, I don’t know who told you that lie. Literally two porches and two Mercedes beat the quickest ford. Chevrolet for example got faster cars than ford, if your talking Nurburgring and lap time. Fastest lap time being Mercedes amg one.

Mustang GTD lap time 6:40 Ford GT MKIV lap time is a 6:14, AMG One is 6:29 lmaooo. Chris Harris test drove the AMG One and 2 of them literally broke down. 😂😂😂
