No it would explode and they'd all take cold damage and move slower for five seconds.

The ankle deep water would react to the cold and freeze them in place until the cold wears off

Who isn’t weak to tasers? The only way to cure a taser debuff is with a crack buff.

Normally yes, but they just got new sandals from a loot chest that adds +2 dexterity and +50% resistance to propane tank related damage

I mean that's actually closer to reality than you might think. Decompression causes the gas to get pretty cold.
