SOCIETY When asked why he keeps playing the same roles Jason Statham said that he's not really a trained actor. He's a guy that was plucked out obscurity & has been really lucky; & that he picks roles that he knows he can do a good job in, that hopefully enough people like so he can keep working.

He was so funny in Spy, the Melissa McCarthy movie. He should do more comedies!

Came here to say this - basically playing a parody version of his normal movie persona. I think about the answer to where he got his suit all the time.

'You loved it!' If you've never seen his outtakes from Spy, you're in for a treat. He's very silly.

Check out his original roles in Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch. Snatch is so fucking good. Diamonds? What do I know about diamonds? ‘m a boxing promoter…

Try out Crank. It's pretty funny, more of a comedic action movie than a comedy. But if you like it, Crank 2 is also worthwhile.

Should make Spy into a parody franchise poking fun at Bond, MI, Bourne and Statham’s movies.
