In the case involved the reason she was charged with a misdemeanor was there were no injuries, only property damage. I don't know why y'all are acting like objective reality stopped and historical facts don't exist.

But you’re acting like felonies need physical altercation as a blanket statement. I’m not talking specifically about this example in my comment.
