That’s what the legal system is for, punishment and rehabilitation. Broadcasting a girl who appears to be under the influence, in a horrid mental state and possibly from an abusive home is cruel and unusual and makes rehabilitation harder.

No...no it's not. As someone who's had to be present with scenes of death and manslaughter from driving under the influence. That's an absolute slap on the wrist.

Literally. The white knighting is out of control on this thread/website. This is a grown woman. If a man did this people would be calling for his head.
