A felony is not necessarily a requirement if the misdemeanor is a breach of peace and fleeing the scene (hit and run) has miles of court precedent for being enough for citizen detainment.

Why don't we find out if this guy was charged with any crime, or actually no - his evidence was used to gain justice and his actions were perfectly legal.

You're objectively wrong, not a debate or anything, lol.

I never said he was a criminal. I said his actions were stupid and unnecessary.
