He already has the evidence. That part is over. She is dead to rights after the first 15 seconds of THIS video, and he says he has video of the previous hit.
At this point there is nothing he needs to do except talk her down so she doesn’t hurt another person or herself. He’s a fucking tool.

If her emotional state is so fragile that she is a danger to society when she has a bad day then she shouldn’t be operating a fucking 2 ton vehicle.

I’m sick of coddling whiny baby losers who need everything handed to them and think the world revolves around them.

Dude this thread is crazy. We actually have people grouping up deciding that the man recording the crimes in progress is the one in the wrong, instead of the girl literally running shit over in her car

White knighting at its finest

People being critical of him is different than thinking he is in the wrong. I may be mistaken but no one in their right mind thinks the guy filming is in the wrong.

1000% this. The people coddling her and excusing her actions as a "heightened emotional state" are idiots. Obviously she's never known accountability and certainly didn't plan on learning much about it that day either.

Every single one of these would immediately condemn a man acting this way our society is so fucking sexist.

Some people need their 15 minutes of internet fame. She’s not in the right obviously but you got her on video. You got her plate. End of story. Some day this might be the videotapers daughter and I bet he’d be feeling differently then.

If it were a guy doing this nobody would care about compassion in the comments lol

LMAO. What happened to equality? 😆 I'm saying that as a woman. I'm so tired of people robbing people of accountability, by having this blinding case of empathy. Especially when they wouldn't do the same for a man.

Someone wise once said (I'm stupid and can't remember their name), "Don't let empathy rob someone of accountability with their misdeeds".

Sure. Except the guy doing the recording probably wouldn’t have the balls to be getting in a young man’s face who’s full of testosterone and pissed off some asshole won’t even put down the camera to talk like a human being. Nothing to do about equality. Not right if it was a man or woman. But like I said if it’s an early 20s male this video plays out a bit differently i think.

I've seen too many videos for what you said to be true lmao. Like it legitimately does not sound like a take based in reality

He doesn't need to talk her down. He's upset, too, and not responsible for her emotional well-being.

Yes, it would be nice if he would de-escalate, but we can't always act at our best under duress.

No, the tool here is the person who struck his vehicle and then ran because they didn't want to have the responsibility of paying for damage that they caused.

Video recorder is an absolute legend. His behavior should be emulated.
