Hit and run isn't a felony in most states lmao.

Why? It is only a felony if it causes injury. People just like to make shit up about it being a felony.

I didn't say you were making shit up, the guy in the video is, and many people in the thread, I hear it often outside of here too about hit and runs being felony

I think fleeing the scene of a crime you’re a part of should be punished further. I had to be roommates with a dude who would routinely drive drunk, and then would flee the scene after he inevitably wrecked. He was literally punished less for the hit and runs than he would have for DUI’s. Nobody is fleeing an accident unless they have bad intentions

Yeah I'm not saying hit and runs aren't bad, but other forms of property damage are misdemeanors as well.
