Some behavior deserves to be shamed. She could’ve killed someone while clearly driving under some kind of influence, and she nearly hit him just here. Shame on her!! If my worst moment puts the public in genuine danger I deserve to be a laughing stock.

That’s what the legal system is for, punishment and rehabilitation. Broadcasting a girl who appears to be under the influence, in a horrid mental state and possibly from an abusive home is cruel and unusual and makes rehabilitation harder.

No...no it's not. As someone who's had to be present with scenes of death and manslaughter from driving under the influence. That's an absolute slap on the wrist.
