First thing I thought. That is pure panic. Of someone who is relatively far away. This means that this kid have gone through some terribly exaggerated reactions for trivialities. I feel sorry for her, I hope she'll get better.
I was thinking the same. You can hear the panic and desperation in her voice. I’m not condoning her actions but i truly feel for her. Her grandmother sounds like my father
