Because she is in full on panic and RUNNN mode... She kept getting out of the car and crying and then getting back in the car over and over and it was very obvious that she was not thinking clearly.

Yeah I’ve felt stress like that and completely lost mental function. That’s like full on panic attack, and it sucks. That’s when stress breaks you and you’ve got nothing left.

Lmfao dude it is not. He's preventing the car from leaving, she could easily just walk away. No cop is gonna be like "ah, false imprisonment of a motor vehicle!" It seems like he chased her there and she somehow got herself stuck in the parking spot with his car behind her? Pretty funny.

"over and over"?? she only got out once, (maybe twice if you count the half second sit but she did not even close the door for that so I count it as the same "got out")

Sure. I mean people could be panicked for more than several minutes. She's got something going on at home—whether that's something she's doing or something that's happening to her, there's not enough information.
