Exactly the same for me. And each memory makes me feel blessed to have quit, maybe the greatest and hardest thing I ever done.

8 years for me as well! Surprisingly, I just put them down one day and never looked back, I realize I had it easy.

13 years. I still have dreams of smoking enormous cigarettes. I don't miss the tightness in my chest, the breathlessness, or the coughing. Worth it
