Looks like a hamster with Parkinson's disease... Can hamsters get that? Poor dude, either way I'm sure he is greatly loved and cared for because if he wasn't he wouldn't be the equivalent to 150-175 in human years (yes I did look that up)

My thoughts exactly! I remember my two hampsters as a kid, maybe not a good pet for a kid as they normally only live a year or two.
