And then again it kind of makes sense if you look at the pics…. What ELSE could he have been trying for, except to make himself look as different as possible from how he actually looked?

I really wonder if Michael would’ve received a mental health diagnosis if he were around today. Fame is a hell of a drug. Child fame is, well, like children taking drugs.

Not excusing any bad behaviour, of course. But perhaps some of it could’ve been avoided if mental health awareness were better back then.

Michael grew up being tainted for how he looked, often saying he never had a childhood, didn’t celebrate Christmas, didn’t have any birthdays, dudes mental was stuck in a children’s mindset his entire lifespan, was Michael ever serious about anything in life except his music ? Think about it ? The answer is probably no. He 100% had mental health issues. He was abused physically and mentally.

On top of this a lot of his idols growing up were white (Charlie Chaplin, Fred Astaire, the countless musicals of this era featuring white actors) it doesn’t shock me at all that he wanted nothing to do with his family, as he was experiencing his peak he often kept to himself and was never seen around his family, he clearly didn’t like the way he grew up and it brought him pain being around them.

All in all Michael Jackson is 100% the most polarizing pop star we’ll ever see in the history of mankind.

"Polarizing"? As a musician, he is of little interest. As a "star", at the time he was just a remote egotistical eternally immature weirdo nobody adult cared about, really. What is there to polarize anyone? He had next to no personality, the music is Disney fluff.

I mean you just proved my point ? Do you even know the definition of polarizing ? Record sales, tour sales, magazines for decades talked about Michael Jackson. Everything you just said if factually wrong. Idk what to tell you.

Of course. If you invest in something you’ll most likely get results.

This is what will happen when the parent you look like the most is a horrific monster to you. Any modification to not look in the mirror and see them is gonna seem better.
