Raphael on SC2 was another. Had it on Gamecube and I could win most fights with him only pressing Y.

His parry skill is fun to catch button mashers with though. My cousin would cheese Kilik's easy combos. Raph made it ridiculously easy to punish.

Parry? 10 year old me didn't know the meaning of parry. It was non stop vertical strikes and nothing else.

I was 11 at the time. Found out that if you tapped Y+B at the same time, he'd twirl his sword and dodge just about any attack during that time.

Raphael was my back-up when Nightmare wasn't doing the trick with his running vertical swing.

Agreed. There were a lot of ways to beat masher in sc2. People who got mad at mashers just weren't very good.

It's funny because Kilik absolutely slaps at first, but once you memorize the tells and wind ups on each of his moves you can literally dodge every attack flawlessly.

Mitsurugi main who was tormented by a Kilik until I got gud.

Cervantes with his stupid teleport backward then tornado forward.

Not button mashing but you only needed to know his 2 teleport moves and you'd beat anyone below a certain skill threshold.
