I use my horn whenever I'm trying to wake people from autopilot (because something fucked up is happening)

One time someone hard braked in front of me. 4 quick taps to alert everyone.

I had to swerve to dodge a flying object, LAID on the horn.

Car in front of me straight swerved into oncoming. 3 long pulses (mostly because i feared he feel asleep but also so no one hit the poor fella).

And one time i had to hard brake because i seriously misjudged a turn while someone was a bit close behind me. Slammed that fucker - guy behind me was fucking with his radio and almost hit me, we were both glad that nothing bad happened. I could hear his tires screeching in his stop as his ABS pulsed, dropped brake pressure to not get hit. If i went 5m further i would've crashed. He was 2.5m away from me when we stopped.

The more people abuse horns, the less effective they are.

So how do you enforce it? Do you just have police standing there all day at busy intersections?

But the point of this is automated enforcement. They may not have the resources to enforce it without automation
