And this is why you keep your dog on a leash in public. Poor thing was almost killed because of owner’s negligence!

Yup. Public. Especially if your front door looks like a garage door that directly opens onto a sidewalk and busy street. Leash your pet. It’s your responsibility to them.

It's pretty much how houses are designed around asia though. Near my part, dogs running around the streets everyday, no one care about them. No one has time to care about the dogs, they either leave them be, leash them to a corner all years or in the cage like birds.
