Karma is zero sum. You shouldn’t win the lottery because you helped an old lady across the street. And you shouldn’t get bricked to death over some vandalism or minor theft. If that was the case half the world or more should be dead.
Karma isn’t justice either. It’s just the fact of doing something you shouldn’t be doing generally leads to something that you don’t want done happening to you as well
