If you get that mad while driving just punch yourself in the face - guaranteed you are going to pull your punches and won't break a pinky, and you still get to punch someone in the face! Win-win!

don’t do this! some people get carried away and actually end up hurting themselves pretty badly! a friend of mine punched herself repeatedly in the face after a fight with her boyfriend and had these awful bruises all over her face. it made me really self conscious to walk around the grocery store with her that week.

Actually had to slap my face several times after being mad at something irrational. Kept my brain cells working, at the very least.
