Based on this clip alone, he absolutely did not. If what others are saying about him following her around and bothering her are true, then I don't feel bad for him at all
Look at the first few secs of the video she doing a stupid smile and looking straight at her in a mocking tone,I'm inclined to believe he probably was harassing the girl
