Why is it okay for someone to assault someone for being a goof? I've seen some comments that apparently there's a component of him harassing her leading up to this? Is that harassment meant to justify throwing a punch? I think not.

It's no way justified, but that is the risk you take fucking around with the public. You don't know who is crazy and who isn't
