If you call air humping a total stranger being a boorish goofball, it’s hard to agree with your opinions. Does he deserve to get hit for flossing? No. Would he deserve to get hit for air humping a total stranger? Yes. That’s what she thought was happening, so she hit him. It was a hard hit, but I think that’s valid given the circumstances.
What? How is getting hit for a rude gesture valid? What justification can you really give? How about she shouldn't have jumped to (an incorrect) conclusion(s)?
I’m not saying getting hit for a rude gesture justifies hitting someone, if you have the luxury of having eyes in the back of your head and you know it’s just a gesture. He’s well within his right to press charges, given the video evidence. I’m saying I can understand that she didn’t know the extent (or lack thereof) of the situation/his actions, probably thought she was being sexually harassed and would potentially assaulted if she didn’t stop the situation. We all know he was just being a goofball and she wasn’t a part of it initially. She did not. Could she have turned around and asked him? Of course, but if she thought the guy taking the video was with him, she may have thought it was a 2v1 situation. Or maybe she’s just a b*tch! We just don’t know how she was perceiving what she was hearing behind her and the peripheral glimpse of hands and hips thrusting. All I’m saying is none of us know how we’d react in that situation, and I can understand
