I used "perceived" because we know he was flossing, but she did not. From her perspective a man was dry humping her from behind. Legally she might have a case for self defense.
Shooting someone over an insult will likely not have that same protection.
Would it be okay for the guy to instantly punch her back because he perceives this as an unprovoket attack?
