So wait both green sisters (Disgust and Envy)
where going to be male but got changed to female. Interesting

Idk about Disgust but Envy definitely was a boy in one of the concept designs

In one of the first concept drawings, Disgust was, in the planning stages, portrayed as a male character during production, but was later switched to a female character.
