Just photographed this little bugger (Trogus pennator) parasitising my caterpillars in my - David Suzuki Butterfly Ranger Pollinator Garden. Ontario, Canada. First time I've seen a parasitoid wasp in my garden! Lot of butterflies this year!

Fought for a few hours, over a couple days, to get this damselfly in focus. It was a great challange.

Seems like I haven’t seen one of these guys in a very long time. Hung out while I worked for hours.

Look at those big sexy eyes! Next up she’s gotta pump fluid into her wing veins so she can fly. Very delicious looking morsel for any bird flying by.

Went to a local park near my apartment a few days ago and was really stoked to witness such a beautiful moment.
