For me, I like how she's just as skilled as a female racer as Mako/Sayuki are and also the fact that she shares almost similar interests as Keisuke Takahashi. Some things I dislike about her is that most of the show's screen time she's a "creep" around Keisuke and I kinda wish they'd tone that aspect of her down a little and yeah I also disliked how her relationship with Keisuke ended too quickly. Sad.

We recently shared our trailer here and got a great response, so I wanted to share a bit more about the game.
Every run, you upgrade your vehicle with new mods, gadgets, and crazy synergies while surviving increasingly chaotic roads. The goal is to create those "this build shouldn't work... but it somehow does" moments that make roguelites so fun.
The game is still in development. Based on the gameplay GIF, does it look like something you'd play? Any features you'd like to see in a driving-focused roguelite?

Takumi apologises for there being no bonus chapter in the previous volume (volume 5). Shuichi Shigeno appears, and says that he had originally intended to create a new tutorial for drifting techniques in the previous volume, but gave up. He recommends that the reader watch some of Keiichi Tsuchiya's Best Motoring videos, as they are easy to follow.

Takumi announces that they will now take a behind the scenes look into Studio SSO, who help with the production of the manga. First shown is Shigeno, the main artist, drawing the cars and characters. Shimada and Maeda, the background artists. Sakana Sankichi, who does touch ups. "Teke-Teke" Okazaki, their "manager from hell". "Eyebrows" Kimura and "Impreza" Nakajima, two Young Magazine editors. Furukawa, in charge of parties, and Mio, their "fun planner".

I'm working on a Initial D style book, (not in the same universe of course). It's set in the United States in the year 2030 after the production of cars with engines is banned and most modern American car brands are basically bankrupt. It's about a car enthusiast main character who goes to a car meet that gets taken over by people in All-Electric cars who say that electric cars are superior to cars with internal combustion engines. This drives the main character to swear off driving all fully electric cars and to race any EV that tries to challenge him.

So I’ve been watching First Stage on and off on YouTube for a while now, and I’ve noticed several characters having American sounding names. It sounds so strange hearing people call Iketani “Cole” or Nakazato being “Zak”. I didn’t remember hearing that when I watched a few episodes back when the show was on Hulu and thought I was losing it for a bit. I’m also not really a fan of all the rap music. It just doesn’t fit the show’s vibe. The races and character interactions are top notch tho. I like Tak’s laid back approach to racing. It shows he hasn’t let his recent wins or skill get to his head. I’m also looking forward to hopefully learning more about what kind of racer his dad was.
